JJ air conceptual video for ‘Dynasti’

JJ have been airing some ultra-conceptual videos to accompany the songs on their latest ‘V’ album.

Previously on ‘All White Everything’ they created some kind of bizarre, future-world institution where doctors danced to the sound of medical tablets being digested. With ‘Dynasti’, they enter icy conditions for a video that’s conceptually halfway between Grimes’ ‘Go’ video and ‘The Fall’ movie.

There’s gold paint, blood spilling out of mouths, a mystical torch-bearing creature and an organ that’s set on fire. Ridiculously high budget, it’s half an accompanying piece to the track, half a mini-move of its own.
