Kelela shares a new video for ‘Blue Light’

It’s been just a little over a month since Kelela released her long-awaited debut album ‘Take Me Apart’, but just before it was released she also previewed the record with the hypnotic ‘Blue Light’.

Now she’s got a new clip for the track, which has been directed by Helmi, who’s previously worked with Kali Uchis. In the clip, which seems to partly echo the album cover, Kelela stands in an icy room as her hair begins to grow and entirely envelop her body.

This month, Kelela is set to bring ‘Take Me Apart’ to the UK for a short string of sold out dates. Due to demand, she then announced a show at London’s Roundhouse, which will take place on 22nd February 2018. Tickets are on sale now.
