Kim Petras shares new video for Nicki Minaj collaboration ‘Alone’

Kim Petras has released her new single ‘Alone’, featuring Nicki Minaj.

The track, which samples Alice Deejay’s 1999 Eurodance hit ‘Better Off Alone’, is out now via Republic Records/Amigo Records.

The single follows Petras’ recent track ‘brrr’. Her last longer-form release was the ‘Slut Pop’ EP in early 2022.

The German musician, who is now based in Los Angeles, also won a GRAMMY for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance earlier this year for her Sam Smith collaboration ‘Unholy’, a track which recently passed one billion global streams.

Petras is expected to release more new music later this year.

UPDATE (03/05/23): Petras has now shared the video for the track, which you can watch below. The video pays homage to other dance classics, including Eric Prydz’s ‘Call on Me’ and Fedde Le Grand’s ‘Put Your Hands Up for Detroit’.
