Kurt Vile brings ‘Pretty Pimpin’’ to Colbert

On last night’s The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Kurt Vile performed ‘b’lieve i’m goin down’ cut ‘Pretty Pimpin’’.

It wasn’t the average telly slot. Vile was joined by Dinosaur Jr.’s J Mascis, who accompanied the band on keys.

Catch up with DIY’s Kurt Vile interview, where he talks recording his latest album at Joshua Tree’s Rancho de la Luna. “Laying down tracks, especially my favourite ones, I was definitely tripping out inside, The end result is definitely my most confident and accomplished, just because that’s naturally the way it should be.”
