Laura Marling Confirms She Has Finished New Album

In a recent interview with The Owl, Laura Marling confirmed that she has finished making a new album.

A snippet from the interview reads as follows, promising that it should be ready to release in half a year: ‘I finished writing a new album about a month ago. At the moment I’m in and out of the studio working with Ethan Johns (who produced both A Creature… & 2010′s I Speak Because I Can)…It will probably be released in about 6 months.’

Laura Marling is coming to the end of her lengthy American tour, which took place throughout the whole of this month, but has a handful of remaining shows. She will also be appearing at London’s Royal Albert Hall at the start of July.
