Reading & Leeds 2015
Leeds 2015 continues with Alt-J, Mumford & Sons, Drenge & more
Highlights also arrive from Swim Deep, Bastille and Alvvays.
The Libertines have made their mark with last night’s headline set. The action continues on day two of Leeds 2015.
Topping the second day is Mumford & Sons, following the release of amped-up new album ‘Wilder Mind’. Drenge and Palma Violets are meanwhile backing up the Main Stage credentials they showcased at Reading yesterday.
If you spot anyone in a backwards cap running amok across Reading, there’s a 10% chance it’s Fred Durst and not some punter that’s gone a bit too far on day one. Limp Bizkit are one of the day’s most talked-about bookings, and they’re following a sure-to-be equally batshit set from the newly experimental Swim Deep.
Things keep on ‘Rollin” elsewhere with sets from Simple Plan and Django Django. Before that, expect highlights to arrive from Panic! At The Disco and Bastille (both set to showcase new material), plus Alvvays and festival staples Alt-J.
Check out day two’s must-see acts below.
