Leeds Record Label Brew Closes
Humanfly’s album ‘Awesome Science’ is the label’s final release.
Leeds record label brew has today announced it is to close after six years and twenty seven releases.
The label - which is currently home to Nine Black Alps, Kong, Humanfly, Blacklisters and Castrovalva - will finish on Humanfly’s album ‘Awesome Science’, out now.
‘We’ve had the pleasure of releasing some incredible records over the years and have been fortunate to work with so many amazing people,’ the label say in a statement.
‘We’d like to thank everyone that has ever supported us, bought a record or a t-shirt and spread our music in general. The label will still remain active for a while as we wind things down and continue to take and fulfil orders.’
To mark the occasion, the label is currently running a sale in their online store and Bandcamp. Brew has previously also worked with the likes of Hawk Eyes, These Monsters, Shield Your Eyes and That Fucking Tank.
