Frenzied, chanting electronica that reaches crazed new heights seems to be a regularity for Norwegian producer Cashmere Cat. Magnus A. Høiberg’s new ‘Wedding Bells’ EP is out today on LuckyMe, and last night Zane Lowe had the first play of its title track.
‘Wedding Bells’ doesn’t waste a second in reaching its skewed take on giant, festival-tent ready dance. Basic piano patterns are shifted into a different gear, with skewed vocals reaching previously incomprehensible tones. It’s 100% clinically crazy, this song.
