Listen: Cheatahs Stream ‘Get Tight’ Track
Wichita signings ready their debut LP, out this February.
Listening to Cheatahs is like being thrown headfirst into the midst of the current #UKstorm. Crashing waves drench the scene, with heavy-knot winds tearing all sense of day-to-day normality in pieces. The band’s first full length is out on 10th February via Wichita, and it’s shaping up to be an endless supply of shoegaze-indebted, heady rock.
The latest track to be unveiled from said LP is ‘Get Tight’, a thrashed-out giant that bends its guitar notes in motion with every split-second of chaos it encounters. Barely a second’s breathing space is offered in a three minute giant of a preview, linking up in perfect flow with ‘Kenworth’ and ‘Cut The Grass’.
Cheatahs play the following UK dates:

12 London, Birthdays (NME Awards)
15 Sheffield, The Harley
16 Brighton, Prince Albert
17 Leeds, Brudenell Social Club
18 Glasgow, Broadcast
19 Liverpool, East Village Arts Club
