Listen: Cyril Hahn Remixes Sigur Rós’ ‘Rafstraumur’

have taken on all kinds of reincarnations over their career, but they’ve never sounded like this before.

Swiss producer Cyril Hahn - who releases his ‘Perfect Form’ EP via PMR on 21st October - has given ‘Rafstraumur’ - a song from Sigur Rós’ ‘Kveikur’ album, a dose of expansive electronica. Jonsi’s vocals are morphed into a rhythmic, pulsing giant chasing its own tail, circling around some sweetly laid synthetics.

The remix comes backed with some sweet animation by Sigga Björg. The remix will be available from 22nd October.
