Sigur Rós announce ‘Ágætis byrjun - A Good Beginning 20th Anniversary Edition’
The 1999 classic will be reissued on a host of formats via Krunk Records this June.
Sigur Rós have announced a special 20th anniversary reissue of their classic 1999 ‘Ágætis byrjun’ LP.
The record will be available on 4x CD and 2x LP versions from 21st June via Krunk Records.
There are also special limited edition 7x LP versions available, with 1999 copies available. It includes three discs of the original LP along with bonus tracks and rarities, and a recording of a 1999 gig at the Íslenska Óperan.
The band have also shared a live version of previously unheard track ‘Flugufresarinn’ from that ‘99 gig. View that, along with a trailer for the new reissue, below.
