Listen: Jon Hopkins Collaborates With Purity Ring On ‘Breathe This Air’
Megan James lends her vocals to a Jon Hopkins rework.

in building on the momentum of his ‘Immunity’ solo album by working on a host of collaborations. First came the Q Lazzarus cover ‘Goodbye Horses’, performed with Wild Beasts’ Hayden Thorpe. Now arrives a new single proper, recorded in collaboration with future-poppers Purity Ring.
Hopkins’ latest turn invites the shimmering vocals of one Megan James, spinning the original track’s pensive state and giving it an even more naval-gazing quality.
‘Breathe This Air’ is due for release digitally on 23rd September.
