Listen: Jon Hopkins Remixes Daughter, ‘Home’
Highlight from Daughter’s debut EP gets the Hopkins treatment for a feature film soundtrack.

As part of his contribution to Kevin Macdonald-directed feature film ‘How I Live Now’, Jon Hopkins has taken on Daughter’s ‘Home’, taken from the latter’s debut EP ‘The Wild Youth’.
Hopkins essentially ups the atmospherics, sending sweet guitar lines through a stirring backdrop of sleepy atmospherics.
Jon Hopkins is nominated for the Mercury Prize 2014 for his ‘Immunity’ record, out now on Domino. He recently announced a show at London’s Oval Space for 22nd February 2014.
