Listen: Josef Salvat Streams New Single, ‘Every Night’
Salvat’s sharp-wit finds a new home in a - whisper it - uplifting new track.

London resident Josef Salvat might just have recorded his best song to date. His last song, ‘Hustler’, was written while studying in Canberra a couple of years back. This one - ‘Every Night’ - feels fresh-faced; a product of today.
Saying that, it takes a pretty timeless approach, backing looped soul samples with the kind of falsetto-ed chorus most songwriters stay awake at night wishing they’d written. Speaking to DIY, Josef made it pretty clear in stating ‘I don’t want to be all woe is me.’ This latest single feels like the clouds lifting, melodrama showing another side.
Salvat’s ‘Every Night’ is released on 9th December via Fingers & Thumbs. Listen below:
