Listen: Keep Shelly In Athens’ Sarah P Starts New Fina Fisken Project

Listen to the shuffling electronics of debut track ‘Save The Day’.

Earlier this year, Keep Shelly In Athens vocalist Sarah P announced that she’d be parting ways with the project, going off on her own solo venture.

A couple of months following that announcement, she’s arrived under a new guise (Fina Fisken), with a stirring, five-minute long debut track ‘Save The Day’.

If anything, it shows Sarah swiftly moving on from the dreamy aesthetic of her previous band, instead rooting for something harsher, more concrete in form. Dagger-like electronics are the order of the day. Vocals mimic The Field in their application and repetition - in sum: This is very different indeed from Keep Shelly In Athens.
