Listen: La Sera Unveils New ‘Running Wild’ Track

Katy Goodman’s shared a head-bopping, bouncy new track from her ‘Hour of the Dawn’ LP, out 12th May on Hardly Art.
‘Running Wild’ is La Sera at her most instant, with thrashing chords linking up to a casual California-friendly melody. The lyrics are completely miserable, but don’t let that distract from kick ass solos and sweet guitar hooks.
‘I think it’s one of the best songs I’ve ever written,’ Katy said of the track in a recent interview with DIY. ‘But I also love ‘All My Love is For You’ because it’s such a strange mix of ideas. It goes from heavy/dark to light/airy to anthemic, and then there’s a pretty random insane guitar solo. That song was really fun to write and record.’
