Listen: Midlake Stream New ‘Provider’ Track
Eric Pulido leads on vocals in a preview of Midlake’s ‘Antiphon’ return.

Turns out Midlake fans have nothing to worry about. Any doubts surrounding the band’s future following the departure of Tim Smith (vocalist / lead songwriter) have been set aside pretty quickly, especially on the back of new, ever-shifting track ‘Provider’.
The song heads up a new album, ‘Antiphon’, due for release on 4th November via Bella Union.
Eric Pulido’s taken on Smith’s vocal duties, maintaining Midlake’s introspective take on things, with a sharper, more electronic-rooted sound stirring in the background.
