Listen: Sigur Ros Reveal Record Store Day B-Side

Everyone’s a little excited about the forthcoming album from Sigur Ros, so understandably, we were all a little eager to get a chance to listen to their latest track.

For this year’s Record Store Day, the Icelandic group released a beautiful 10’ of their newest single ‘Ekki Múkk’ and the B-side came in the form of ‘Kvistur’, which you can listen to below.



‘Ekki Múkk’ comes from their new album ”Valtari’, the follow-up to 2008’s ‘Með suð í eyrum við spilum endalaust’, which has been produced by Jónsi and long-time collaborator Alex Somers.

The tracklisting for the album is as follows, and gets released on the 28th May.

Sigur Ros have also recently unveiled details of their first US tour in four years, the dates of which can be found below.
