Listen: Solids Announce Debut Album, Stream ‘Traces’ Track
Montreal duo sign to Fat Possum for their ‘Blame Confusion’ release.

Punk upstarts Solids are a duo from Montreal, working in the noise-meets-euphoria vein of Japandroids while putting their own spin on things.
‘Traces’, the first song from their ‘Blame Confusion’ debut on Fat Possum, was first featured on a Neu Bulletin last week. DIY called the track a ‘relentless ride through pop-punk’s giddiest manifestations.’ Since then, the track hasn’t lost any of its initial punch, sweet and stirring in approach.
Fat Possum release ‘Blame Confusion’ on 17th February. Listen to the lead track below.
