Listen: Timber Timbre Unveils ‘Curtains!?’ Track

If there’s one song that practically soundtracks a film of its own on Timber Timbre’s new ‘Hot Dreams’ LP, it’s the cowboy whipping ‘Curtains!?’. The indecision of its title is odd, considering just how assured these four minutes in-passing really are.

Taylor Kirk’s vocals link up with Bill Callahan, observational and big on the baritone. Musically it sounds more like a Darkside track. Seemingly set out in a Mid-West movie (it’d work well in the Django Unchained score), all it needs is a guest vocal from the Sundance Kid.
