‘A Long Walk Home For Parted Lovers’ is the wonderfully-titled, suitably sweet third track from Yumi Zouma’s debut EP, out this February. It links up with ‘The Brae’ and ‘Sålka Gets Her Hopes Up’.

For a trio who claim to send ideas over via email (their members reside a good 10 hours apart by flight, from Paris to New York), the pristine, untouchable gloss of their tracks unveiled so far is second to none. Like flicking through the pages of a stranger’s diary, ‘A Long Walk Home For Parted Lovers’ is intimacy epitomised, flourishing honest expression with muted guitars and an autumnal air.
