Lost Under Heaven share new track ‘Post Millennial Tension’
It’s another preview of upcoming album ‘Love Hates What You Become’!
Lost Under Heaven - aka Ellery James Roberts and Ebony Hoorn - announced a few weeks ago that they’ll be releasing second album ‘Love Hates What You Become’ early next year and now they’ve released another track from the record.
‘Post Millenial Tension’ is the fourth track to be released from the new record after the band announced the release of the record back in August with a video for album closer ‘For The Wild’.
“The song was written on the frustrations of our times – particularly those of the younger generation,” Ellery explains of the new track. “Through the internet people have gained an awareness of possibility but remain entrapped in the limitations of old. In my understanding, solutions to the world’s problems seem plentiful, yet we remain restrained by the systemic inability to act & held down by those mind made manacles - thus the lyric: “we couldn’t work it out/ we’d sooner live in doubt.”
Formed out of the buzzy ashes of Wu Lyf, Lost Under Heaven - aka Ellery James Roberts and Ebony Hoorn - released their debut album ‘Spiritual Songs For Lovers To Sing’ as LUH in 2016. Their new album ‘Love Hates What You Become’ comes out in January 2019 via Mute.
