As a special release for Record Store Day, Feist and Mastodon will release a split single.
They may have played together on the same episode of Later… with Jools Holland but what we reckon you wouldn’t have expected is the news that Feist and Mastodon look set to release a split single together.
Following their performances, the female singer revealed that she would love to work with the metal quartet, and it looks as though her dreams are coming true.
The two acts plan to cover each other’s songs for the single, which will be a special release to coincide with Record Store Day 2012.
