Matilda Mann unveils new track ‘In Plain Sight’

London’s Matilda Mann has shared ‘In Plain Sight’, the latest snippet from her forthcoming EP ‘You Look Like You Can’t Swim’, due at the end of June via Arista Records.

Mann says about the romantic ballad: “I think it’s crazy, out of all the people in the world, you manage to find someone so perfect for you, hidden in plain sight. Jonah Summerfield, Anthony Rossomando and I wrote this song on the hottest day of the year, and all started to go a little crazy. I think it was the perfect time to make a sweet little love song that we could spend the summer nights dancing around to.”

She also says of the EP: “The songs were all written so sincerely and honest, that I wanted them to be simple and stripped, with the right arrangement, to give the lyrics their moment. This is my favorite project I’ve ever worked on and feels like everything I want to say”.

Mann will be performing alongside RAYE at the upcoming Ivors ceremony on 18th May.
