Metronomy’s new album to feature Mix Master Mike
Forthcoming LP is due out later this year.

Metronomy have revealed that legendary DJ Mix Master Mike features on their new album.
The former Beastie Boys collaborator has lent a hand to Joe Mount’s fifth LP, due out later this year. He contributes to a track called ‘Old Skool’, according to an interview with Q.
In the same piece, Mount claims he wanted to make an “uptempo record”.
He adds, citing the days of 2008’s ‘Nights Out’: “I wanted to try and do another record that captures that fading memory of being a bit younger and going to clubs, but with the confidence I didn’t have then.”
Metronomy’s latest album is 2014’s ‘Love Letters’.
