Mew share video for ‘Water Slides’

With the release of Mew’s new album, ‘+ -’ nearing ever-closer, the band have shared a video for the most recent track to be unveiled from the record, ‘Water Slides’.

Directed by Anders Malmberg, Jonas Bjerre of the band says his “interpretation carries with it the same sense of foreboding we sensed in the song. It’s a mystery of sorts - we are presented with a feeling that something is wrong, but we can’t know what it is, and an almost pleasurable giving in, to impending disaster.”

That’s that then.

’+-’ is due on 27th April, with the band embarking on a UK mini-tour this May.
