MØ and Snakehips team up on ‘Don’t Leave’
It’s a bona fide pop banger.
MØ had a pretty massive 2016, but she’s showing no signs of slowing down yet with the unveiling of her new collaboration with British production duo Snakehips, ‘Don’t Leave’.
The duo turned in two immense club hits last year alongside Tinashe and Chance the Rapper on ‘All My Friends’, and with ZAYN for ‘Cruel’, and they’re working their magic once again here. While the verses seem like a pretty gentle mix of R&B beats and gliding melodies, things explode in the chorus and that’s in no small part down to MØ’s unbridled performance.
You can feel her deep sincerity when she sings about how she’s may not ever get her “shit together” but still wants her guy to return. MØ’s making producing pop gems look a bit too easy right now.
