MONEY strip in the streets for new ‘The Shadow of Heaven’ video

Jamie Lee bares all in VHS footage clip.

Manchester band MONEY have unveiled a new video for a song lifted from their 2013 debut album ‘The Shadow of Heaven’.

A Liam Healy-directed clip for the record’s title-track brings together old school VHS footage laced with religious connotations. Shots of frontman Jamie Lee are scattered in there too. It’s a bit less high-budget than the Cillian Murphy-directed clip for ‘Hold Me Forever’, which starred dancers from the English National Ballet. This one simply shows Jamie stripping in a street - just as effective, mind you.

MONEY play the following shows this autumn:

04 New York, Mercury Lounge

05 Brooklyn, Glasslands

06 Philadelphia, Milkboy

07 Washington, DC - DC9

08 Los Angeles, Echo

10 San Francisco, Rickshaw Stop

12 Portland, Doug Fir

13 Seattle, Barboza
