Morrissey to host pop-up shop at Battersea Dogs & Cats home
Plus there’s a photo of Moz with a cat on his head.
Of Morrissey’s many, many traits, perhaps the best is that he’s a lover of all things animal. So while he’s down the road at Hammersmith Apollo this weekend doing his usual thing of ‘playing gigs’ (20th and 21st September), he’s also opening up a pop-up shop at dead famous animal charity, the Battersea Dogs & Cats Home.
Between 18th and 21st September, Mporium (for that’s its name) will be selling copies of ‘Your Arsenal’ and ‘Vauxhall and I’ vinyl signed by the man himself, plus various other merchandise-type things. Entry to the shop will be via the home’s usual £2 donation.
Opening hours are 10:30 - 5pm all days except the 21st, when it will shut at 3pm.
