New Found Glory announce new album ‘Resurrection’

The quartet will release their new album on 6th October through Hopeless Records.

New Found Glory have announced details of their brand new record, ‘Resurrection’. The four-piece, who parted ways with guitarist Steve Klein last year, have confirmed plans to release their eighth studio album - and their first with just four members - this October, ahead of their forthcoming visit to UK shores.

Their brand new full-length, which follows on from their 2011 offering ‘Radiosurgery’, is due to be released on 6th October through Hopeless Records, and is available to pre-order now, from their official webstore.

“This is the most prepared we’ve ever been,” the band’s Chad Gilbert has said of the record. “Writing as a band now has never felt so easy. We really came together with ideas. We’ve gone through a lot and figured a lot of things out. This album has been very cathartic for us.”

Set to be thirteen tracks in length, the album will also feature guest vocals from Terror’s Scott Vogel, Bayside’s Anthony Raneri and Turnstile’s Brendan Yates. ‘Resurrection’s full tracklisting is as follows.

1. Selfless
2. Resurrection (Featuring Scott Vogel of Terror)
3. The Worst Person
4. Ready and Willing
5. One More Round
6. Vicious Love
7. Persistent
8. Stories Of A Different Kind
9. Degenerate
10. Angel
11. Stubborn (Featuring Anthony Raneri of Bayside)
12. Living Hell
13. On My Own (Featuring Brendan Yates of Turnstile)

To preview their forthcoming release, the band have also unveiled the video for ‘Selfless’, the record’s opening track, that doubles as first cut to be taken from the record. Check out the clip below.

While New Found Glory have confirmed plans to headline this year’s Glamour Kills tour over in the US alongside the likes of We Are The In Crowd and Candy Hearts, they’ll be returning to the UK later this year. The Pop Punk’s Not Dead tour also features The Story So Far, State Champs, Candy Heart and Only Rivals, and the routing looks like this:
