Oxford’s Audioscope Festival Confirms Line Up

Since 2001, the festival has raised over £22,000 for Shelter.

Oxford’s Audioscope Festival has confirmed the line up for their 2011 event.

The festival has been running since 2001, and in that time has raised over £22,000 for Shelter.

Taking place on 12th November, playing this year will be: Fujiya & Miyagi, Karma To Burn, Alexander Tucker, The Victorian English Gentlemens Club, Necro Deathmort, Spring Offensive, The Cellar Family, Listing Ships, Desert Storm, and Action Beat.

Audisocope co-organiser Stuart Fowkes says: ‘It’s hard to believe that Audioscope has been going for eleven years now, but we’re enormously proud of what we’ve achieved, and grateful to everyone who’s given their time to come and support what we do.

‘At the same time as bringing some of what we consider to be the finest music in the world to Oxford, we’ve raised £22,000 to support Shelter’s vital work. This is one of the most exciting and varied lineups we’ve ever put together, and we’re sure it’s going to be the best possible way to celebrate more than a decade of using music to tackle homelessness.’
