Hello Panda
Panda Bear streams new mixtape
Release serves as a preview for ‘Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper’.
Animal Collective’s Noah Lennox has released a brand new Panda Bear mixtape, streamable on a standalone website.
Available on PBVSGR.com, its initials and release hint at the imminent announcement of Panda Bear’s forthcoming album ‘Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper’, which was initially touted for late 2014.
The follow-up to his 2011 ‘Tomboy’ album arrives after Animal Collective’s 2013 LP ‘Centipede Hz’. Lennox is again working with Peter Kember aka Sonic Boom.
Streaming now, the mixtape showcases glimpses of new material, plus a flurry of playful house tracks. It’s all coupled with customary magic eye visuals on a standalone website.
