Impatient ‘til the end, Partybaby’s new ‘I Don’t Wanna Wait’ video wastes no time with pleasantries.

All 100mph pace and massive, sky-scraping riffs, ‘I Don’t Wanna Wait’ is perfectly paired to its new clip, which captures the band on fiery live form. DIY hosted their first ever overseas show at The Great Escape last month - it was a ripper.

“We got a bit sick of people asking us why we were intentionally hiding our faces or not being in our videos,” the band explained to Alternative Press. “Our shows can get wild so we thought we’d address both issues as best we could, with bright shiny lights in our dumb sweaty faces. Also who doesn’t like to chase a feeling every once in a while?”

Check out the video below - it comes at the start of a mammoth U.S. run across the summer, dates for which are below the player. If you’re UK-bound, never fear: in a recent interview with Galore, Noah from the band revealed that “the album will be out in July… [And we’ll be] back to the UK in October.”
