Poppy announces new album ‘Zig’

Poppy has announced plans to release her brand new album ‘Zig’ later this year.

The singer will release her new record - which follows on from her 2020 album ‘I Disagree’, 2021’s ‘Flux’ and last year’s ‘Stagger’ EP - on 27th October via Sumerian Records. ‘Zig’ sees Poppy working alongside producer Ali Payami and her long term collaborator Simon Wilcox, while the album will feature her playing guitar and bass.

Today she’s also shared a first preview from the record in the form of pulsating new track ‘Knockoff’. Check out its accompanying video - as directed by photographer Le3ay - below.

Poppy will be heading out on a tour of North America alongside PVRIS on their ‘GODLESS/GODDESS’ co-headline tour next month. Check out the dates underneath the player.
