Premiere: Listen: Acrobat Stream New ‘Travelling Ferry’ Track
Cheeky Chichester oddballs release their debut EP via Parlour Records this May.

Strutting their way out of Chichester like it’s one great big disco with dance-floors for concrete pavements, Acrobat are an odd bunch. Their debut 12’ EP on Parlour Records could easily be the product of Tiger Woods’ grubby thoughts, or David Hasselhoff’s late night playlist.
Previous song ‘Invincible’ was described as being the sound of Franz Ferdinand, Blood Orange and Outfit walking into a bar. Sinister-spliced with a peppering of funk, there’s curious pop music made for strange folk and then there’s this.
We’re premiering ‘Travelling Ferry’, which comes off bold and move-busting. Tongue-in-cheek and here to impress, it arrives ahead of the EP’s 5th May release. Pre-order here.
Acrobat play London’s Old Blue Last (24th April) and The Lexington (30th, with Traams).
