PWR BTTM had their van and gear stolen last night
The vehicle was stolen in San Francisco yesterday.
New York punk duo PWR BTTM have been travelling around America as part of a massive world tour of late. Unfortunately, things took a pretty dark turn last night when their van was stolen in San Francisco.
The band tweeted about the theft, asking people to keep an eye out for a blue Ford E150 van with a red stripe taken from the Inner Sunset area of the city. Their van contained a range of merchandise as well as all of the band’s gear, so understandably the band have been left “speechless.” They even tweeted that “2016 is cancelled.” Hopefully that’s not the case and both the vehicle and their gear will be returned so they can finish their US dates and begin their European tour next month.
Have a look at the band’s tweets below, which includes a photo of the van in question.
