It’s better by the sea. Blood Red Shoes might have quipped about things being ‘boring’ when surrounded by seagulls and empty chip boxes, but Margate is giving the coastal rush a new lease of life.
This September, DIY is teaming up with Margate vs New Paltz for a special show on 2nd September at the town’s Tom Thumb Theatre. Quarterbacks, Get Inuit, Fuoco, Gang and Raygun have all signed up.
Each band playing on the night is involved in Sexx Tapes and Team Love Records’ new compilation, showcasing the best sounds coming out of Margate and New Paltz, NYC. Available for pre-order now, consider this show a great big release party.
