Reading 2011: The View: Pulp And The Strokes Were “Banging”
Kieran tells us what he thought of headliners, The Strokes and Pulp.

At Reading Festival yesterday (Sunday 28th August), The View’s Kieran Webster filled us in on the band’s he’d seen so far - including what he thought of headliners The Strokes and Pulp.
‘I saw a few bands yesterday [Saturday],’ he told us. ‘I’ve seen The Strokes and Pulp, that was good. They were well good. I thought they were banging man.’
Webster went on to say that it’s to be expected that The Strokes might be taking it a bit easy these days: ‘They worked pretty fast at the start but then shit went a bit crazy again so they’re just chilling out. They brought out a new album, and Julian’s just brought out a solo album.’
Check back for the full interview later in the week.
