Ride announce UK tour
The band will take ‘This Is Not A Safe Place’ on the road later this year.

After recently having announced details of new album ‘This Is Not A Safe Place’, returned shoegazers Ride have confirmed plans for a UK tour later this year.
The band - who release the new record on 16th August - will begin on 29th November at Norwich’s Waterfront, and finish on 12th December at the Ritz in Manchester.
The dates are:
NOVEMBER
29 Norwich Waterfront
30 Sheffield Plug
DECEMBER
1 Birmingham O2 Institute
3 Oxford Town Hall
4 Glasgow SWG3
5 Aberdeen Lemon Tree
6 Newcastle Boiler Shop
8 Southampton Engine Rooms
9 London Barbican
11 Leeds Beckett University
12 Manchester Ritz
The group have also shared a video for single ‘Future Love’.
“I have always been a huge fan of Buffalo 66 and when I first heard the track, the infamous Photobooth scene instantly sprung to mind,” says director Jacob Hopewell. “This idea of creating something quite voyeuristic, watching people at a party felt really interesting as we could show everything that people didn’t necessarily wish to reveal. It also gave us the opportunity to develop a few character plots and twists and push on a few themes that relate back to the Bands album title ‘This Is Not A Safe Place’. It was a fun one to put together and thought everyone involved really got on board and helped make it what it is.”
