Rosa Walton unveils new solo cut ‘Halfway Round The World’
Her new single gets lifted from the Let’s Eat Grandma member’s forthcoming debut solo full-length, ‘Tell Me It’s A Dream’.

A month on from revealing details of her solo debut, Rosa Walton - aka one half of Let’s Eat Grandma - has shared another new taste of it.
This time arriving in the form of ‘Halfway Round The World’, her new single follows on from lead track ‘Sorry Anyway’, which was shared alongside the new of her first full-length, ‘Tell Me It’s A Dream’. Comparing a relationship’s life to “being like a light weaving just above the ground”, ‘Halfway Round The World bears a spring-like touch that feels particularly poignant right now. “A lot is to do with light. I view these songs as being on a high-up plain,” Rosa has said, of the her new single. “My reality a lot of the time is of walking around with my head in the clouds so that, to me, is normal.”
Both singles gets lifted from her forthcoming LP, which was co-produced by Rosa alongside David Wrench (Frank Ocean, Jamie xx, FKA twigs), and is set for release on 5th June via Transgressive. Listen to ‘Halfway Round The World’ below.
Having previously announced plans for a series of instore shows to celebrate the release of her solo debut, Rosa has now scheduled another handful of live show for later this year.
