Ryan Hemsworth confirms new album, ‘Alone for the First Time’

URL badman Ryan Hemsworth has announced plans to release his new album, ‘Alone For the First Time’ on 3rd November.

Coming out on Last Gang and Hemsworth’s own Secret Songs imprint, it follows on from 2013 debut ‘Guilt Trips’ and features Dawn Golden on the previously unveiled ‘Snow in Newark’. There’s also guest spots from Alex G - see the full tracklist below.

A new video’s been revealed for ‘Snow in Newark’ - it comes directed by Martin Pariseau and was filmed in Nepal.

Speaking about the record and the song itself, Hemsworth says: “I’m trying things at a different pace; fighting with expectations and conventional formulas. It’s been a weird time for me, so ‘Snow in Newark’ and the rest of this album are my personal reactions to the current state of electronic and rock music.”
