Ryan Hemsworth dives into the black with new ‘Secret Songs’ compilation

Undisputed king of the internet Ryan Hemsworth has released a brand new compilation on his Secret Songs project.

‘shh#000000’ - which translates in Photoshop terms to the colour black - follows on from a pink-themed compilation released last September, featuring dd elle and Kero Kero Bonito.

This new project is defined by its mid-Winter bleakness, where drone-like electronic productions seize the agenda. These arrive from the likes of mysterious entity Fifty Grand, Ratking rapper Wiki (who guests on a Yung Gutted track) and Japanese producer Beat Culture.

There’s plenty to dive into, even if it won’t do anything to ease the traditional January blues.
