Ryan Hemsworth & Lucas share ‘From Grace’

Canadian producer Ryan Hemsworth and Seattle-based Lucas have shared ‘From Grace,’ the second preview from their upcoming joint EP ‘Taking Flight’. It’s out on 9th October via Hemsworth’s Secret Songs label.

Built out of muffled drum machines, and strange, synthetic steel bloops, ‘From Grace’ is pop stifled by a 15 tog duvet; electronica with an extra sherbety nudge of playfulness. It bends samples into unlikely shapes with the same dexterity as previously shared EP cut ‘Angel,’ but takes a lighter, less drizzly tact this time around.
