Show Me The Body offer up new cut ‘Eat For Peace’

Frenetic New York trio Show Me The Body have offered up another preview of their forthcoming LP, ‘Alone Together’, this time in the form of ‘Eat For Peace’.

The band - who are set to release their fourth album on 10th July via Loma Vista Recordings - have shared the punishing opening track from the record, which both packs a punch and shares their MO as an outfit loud and clear. “‘Eat For Peace’ is the first song on Alone Together,” the band’s Julian Cashwan Pratt has said, “It’s the first message we communicate, one that defines this record as well as who we are: “Radical love compels me to fight” - it’s the credo.”

The band’s newest album follows on from 2022’s ‘Trouble The Water’, is set to be 13 tracks in length and comes produced by Kenneth Blume III (Geese, Fcukers) and Klas Åhlund (Robyn, Ghost). So far, the trio have shared two other cuts from it, including the tenacious lead single ‘Dance In The USA’, and more recent offering ‘No God’.

As well as the album’s release, the band also have a hefty list of upcoming live appearances scheduled, including a newly-announced headline show in London this month. Check out ‘Eat For Peace’, and their summer touring schedule, below.
