Sigur Rós To Release ‘Kveikur’ Boxset Edition

Christmas 2014 is shaping up to be the most expensive, extravagant event for music lovers in years.
After The xx announced individual 7’ tracks from their self-titled and ‘Coexist’ albums, another XL signing in the form of Sigur Rós have confirmed details of a special edition boxset for 2013 LP ‘Kveikur’.
Each song on the record comes as an individual 12’, with ‘var’ carrying a special etching. Every 12’ comes with an instrumental B-side.
The whole thing comes in a hard box, with screen-printed art courtesy of Sigga Björg Sigurðardóttir.
