What's this?!
Sigur Rós are up to something
The band have started to tease a big announcement over on their Facebook page.

Most bands are currently in the process of winding down ahead of Christmas and the New Year, but it seems as though that’s not so for one act in particular. In fact, Sigur Rós appear to be gearing up for something big.
The band - who we last heard from when they unveiled their new version of ‘Hoppípolla’ for the recent, brilliant Planet Earth II series - have started to tease fans that some news is coming this Monday - that’s TODAY, fyi.
This was all revealed over on their Facebook page, where they’ve posted a video that includes footage from their summer of live shows and impressive stage show. The clip comes accompanied by the words ‘Sigur Rós. 2017. Monday’, which, you know, gives us a pretty clear indication of when they’ll be dropping the news.
Could they be about to reveal the details for their ‘Kveikur’ follow up or will they be adding more tour dates to their 2017 schedule? Keep your eyes peeled…
