Slaves unveil new single ‘Feed The Mantaray’
It’s about mid-priced casualwear from Debenhams. MAYBE.

Slaves have unveiled a new single.
‘Feed The Mantaray’ was debuted via Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio 1 show this evening (10th February), and as frontman Isaac Holman explained, it’s a response to “being annoyed in my flat” and some noisy neighbours.
The title, he added, “you can take what you want from that”, so let’s assume it COULD be about mid-priced casualwear from Debenhams.
The song has the Kent duo in suitably ferocious form, spitting verses matched by a mind-bendingly infectious chorus. It’s set to feature on the band’s new album, which is currently slated for a June release.
Slaves are currently confirmed for both The Great Escape in May, and Sheffield’s Tramlines event in July.
Two B-sides are also streaming alongside the track on Spotify, ‘OK’ and ‘Shine My Shoes With A Dirty Vest’.
