Solange shares videos for ‘Don’t Touch My Hair’ and ‘Cranes in the Sky’
Both tracks appear on her out-of-the-blue album ‘A Seat at the Table’.
Hot off on the heels of releasing her new album ‘A Seat at the Table’ with just a couple of days notice, Solange has shared two music videos; for ‘Cranes in the Sky,’ and the Sampha-featuring ‘Don’t Touch My Hair.’
The ‘Don’t Touch My Hair’ video is rich with colourful costumes, and dancers clad all in white, and also features a cameo from Sampha, who is wearing what appears to be a high-tog winter duvet. ‘Cranes in the Sky’ meanwhile heads to the desert.
Both visuals were co-directed by Solange, and her husband the music video director Alan Ferguson (who has also worked with Fall Out Boy, Jay-Z, and Katy Perry).
