Watch Solange bring ‘A Seat At The Table’ to Fallon
She performed a medley of ‘Rise’ and ‘Weary’.
Last night Solange brought ‘A Seat At The Table’ to The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon and, predictably, killed it.
She performed a medley of ‘Rise’ and ‘Weary’, the opening tracks from her latest, politically charged album on a striking red set and tied to her backing singers with a single dress. Moving across the stage in unison, the soulful performance kept things quite simple with the choreography, but like the whole of ‘A Seat At The Table’ it was nevertheless a riveting and bold statement.
Watch her perform ‘Rise’ and ‘Weary’ below.
