AllSaints produce new video for Blonde Redhead

The collaborative film features Blonde Redhead’s new single, ‘Dripping’.

have created a new music video for New York City trio, Blonde Redhead - guitarist/vocalist Amedeo Pace, drummer Simone Pace, and guitarist/vocalist Kazu Makino. The footage features their track ‘Dripping’, a cut from recent album, ‘Barragán’.

“AllSaints approached us while on tour hoping to be able to make a video while in London,” Amedeo explains, touching on how the project came about. “We later decided to do it in NYC as there was not enough time between tour dates.”

The song was recorded at “different times about a year ago, in a studio called The Magic Shop in NYC,” while the idea behind the video was to “create something new together that would work with a song that they [AllSaints] felt close to.”

AllSaints Studios’ previous collaborations include Blonde Redhead favourites, Phantogram and the Band of Skulls, as well as work with Poliça, Dum Dum Girls, One Republic, Richard Hell, Gilles Peterson, Roots Manuva and José González.

The film - described by the band as “special” - captures the haunting moods and tripped-out atmospherics that are at the core of the band’s music, and sees all three members decked out in items from AllSaints’ current collections. Watch the video for ‘Dripping’ below.
